Last updated: June 2026 These Terms govern access to CrawlVitals, including the website, free tools, dashboard, APIs, integrations, plugins, reports, and related services. 1. Service Description CrawlVitals provides technical visibility diagnostics, indexability audits, AI-search/GEO checks, agent-readiness checks, URL submission workflows, IndexNow tooling, Search Console-connected status checks, backlink visibility monitoring, progress tracking, and related recommendations. 2. No Search Guarantee CrawlVitals does not guarantee that any URL will be crawled, indexed, ranked, displayed, cited, included in AI answers, or receive traffic. Search engines, AI systems, and third-party platforms make independent decisions. The service helps remove preventable technical issues, submit legitimate discovery signals where supported, and monitor outcomes. 3. Authorized Use You may use the service only for sites, URLs, properties, accounts, data, and integrations you own or are authorized to manage. For third-party backlink URLs, CrawlVitals may monitor public crawlability/indexability signals, but this does not grant control over those URLs. 4. Accounts You are responsible for safeguarding your login, OAuth grants, API keys, workspace access, and billing access. You must notify us of unauthorized use. 5. Plans, Credits, Coupons, and Comp Access Plans may limit URL scans, API usage, monitoring, retention, reports, integrations, and team/client access. Coupons or comp grants may provide temporary or permanent access. CrawlVitals may revoke coupons, comp grants, or promotional access for abuse, fraud, mistake, or violation of these Terms. 6. APIs and Integrations You must comply with rate limits, provider terms, OAuth provider policies, Search Console requirements, IndexNow requirements, and platform-specific rules. You may not use the service to bypass third-party limits or misrepresent ownership. 7. Prohibited Use You may not use CrawlVitals for malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, deceptive SEO, unauthorized access, platform abuse, evading robots/crawler policies, illegal content, harassment, or attempting to manipulate search engines or AI systems through fraud or hidden networks. 8. Customer Content and Reports You retain ownership of submitted URLs, reports, exports, and customer content. You grant CrawlVitals the limited rights needed to process, store, analyze, and display the content to provide the service. 9. Beta and Experimental Features Research watcher, GEO scoring, AI-agent readiness, backlink monitoring, priority push, and discovery tooling may be experimental. Scores and recommendations may change as public search and AI systems change. 10. Disclaimers The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrawlVitals disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and specific SEO/business outcomes. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrawlVitals is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including lost rankings, lost traffic, lost revenue, de-indexing, integration failure, or third-party platform decisions. Total liability is limited to the amount paid to CrawlVitals in the 12 months before the claim. 12. Indemnification You agree to defend and indemnify CrawlVitals against claims arising from your content, URLs, integrations, API usage, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the service. 13. Termination We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, legal risk, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. 14. Changes We may update these Terms and will provide notice by website, in-app notice, or email where appropriate. 15.
