Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026 This policy explains refunds, credits, coupons, trials, and subscription cancellations. 1. Subscriptions Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved by CrawlVitals. 2. Credits and Usage If credit packs or URL-push credits are offered, credits are consumed when a scan, push, inspection, monitor, or other metered action is accepted into processing. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable because the service work has started. 3. No Indexing Guarantee CrawlVitals does not guarantee crawl, indexing, ranking, AI citation, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Refunds are not automatically granted because a third-party search engine or AI system did not index, rank, cite, or crawl a URL. 4. Billing Errors If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and may issue a refund or account credit where appropriate. 5. Duplicate Purchases If a duplicate purchase was accidental and credits/features were not used, contact support promptly. CrawlVitals may refund or credit duplicate purchases at its discretion. 6. Trials, Coupons, and Comp Access Free trials, coupons, beta access, and comp grants have no cash value and are not refundable. They may be modified or revoked for abuse, mistake, fraud, or violation of the Terms. 7. Service Outages For material service outages caused by CrawlVitals, we may provide account credits, extensions, or refunds at our discretion. 8. Account Closure Closing an account does not automatically refund past payments. Any data deletion request is handled subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and backup retention requirements. 9.
